Jennifer Houle along with Brian Bartlett will both be leading a Reading and Writing Event. The evening will consist of both writers reading from their latest works as well as hosting the participants in a writing exercise providing feedback in the remaining time. Winnipeg Jewish Theatre in partnership with The Winnipeg Jewish Foundation have invited Endre Farkas to the Asper Jewish Community Centre, where he will give a short reading, and presentation of Never, Again in honour of International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

Cora Siré will be launching her newest novel Behold Things Beautiful at the Atwater Library. Refreshments will be served and all are welcome to this free event!

Lexicon Books will be hosting three Nova Scotian authors in an evening of Fiction. C.S. Reardon will be debuting her new and novel The Spanish Boy.

The second event in this reading series features Roland Vandal, who struggled with addiction, poverty, abuse and homelessness. He will share his story of courage and how he was able to overcome such hardships, and finally being able to give back to his community.
