After a life-threatening incident, Sergeant Roxanne Calloway left the RCMP's Major Crimes Unit and is now the Team Commander of the RCMP detachment in quiet little Fiskar Bay. Roxanne is adjusting to her new job when the body of retired Sergeant Bill Gilchrist, her predecessor, is discovered in a country ditch. When another local law enforcement official meets an untimely end, it’s clear that there is a cop killer on the loose.
